Refund & Returns Policy

Return eligibility

• Return request must be made within 30 days of delivery (45 days for international orders).
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and free of odors or marks.
• All original tags, accessories, stickers, and packaging must be included (e.g., dust bags, extra laces, branded bags/boxes).
• Footwear and skate decks must be returned with original box and protective wrap intact; shrink wrap on decks must be unbroken.
• Each return requires an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number issued by our team.

Because Supreme releases are limited, we recommend checking our measurements and item notes before purchase to minimize returns.

Non-returnable items

• Items marked “Final Sale” or “As‑Is.”
• Hygiene items: underwear, socks (opened), face coverings, swimwear bottoms if the hygiene liner is removed.
• Fragrances, magazines, books, stickers sold individually, and sealed collectibles once opened.
• Tailored/altered items or items showing wear, washing, or damage after delivery.
• Gift cards and store credit purchases.

How to start a return

1. Submit the form below to request an RMA within your return window.
2. Wait for approval email with your RMA and a prepaid label (US only) or instructions (international).
3. Pack securely: place items in original packaging inside a secondary box or poly mailer to protect it.
4. Write the RMA on the outside of the box and include it inside the package.
5. Ship within 7 days of RMA approval. Keep your drop-off receipt and tracking.

Exchanges

Due to the limited nature of Supreme drops, exchanges are inventory‑dependent. If the size/color you want is available, we can hold it for 3 business days after issuing your RMA. Otherwise, we will process a refund and you can repurchase when available.

Refunds & timelines

• Inspection takes 2–3 business days after your return is delivered.
• Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method; banks may take 3–10 business days to post.
• Original shipping is non‑refundable unless we made an error or the item was defective.
• No restocking fees on approved returns in original condition. Returns showing wear or missing packaging may be subject to a partial refund.

Return shipping & costs

• US returns: prepaid label available; a flat $7.95 is deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error or a confirmed defect.
• International returns: customers arrange and pay tracked return shipping to our Brooklyn address. Mark the shipment as “Return of goods.”
• We are not responsible for returns lost in transit without proof of delivery. Always keep your tracking.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label. We’ll prioritize a replacement or issue a prepaid return label and full refund.

International returns

• Return window: 45 days from delivery to account for transit times.
• All duties/taxes paid on import are non‑refundable by us; check with your local customs office for possible recovery.
• Use a tracked service and retain proof of delivery.

Price adjustments

If an item you purchased goes on sale on aikido-zentrum.net within 7 days of your purchase, contact us for a one‑time price adjustment as store credit. Not valid for limited “final drop” items or marketplace pricing changes.

Gifts & store credit

• Items marked as a gift at purchase and returned by the recipient will receive store credit upon approval.
• Store credit never expires and can be used on any in‑stock item.

Late returns

Returns shipped after the RMA window may be refused or processed as store credit with a 10% late fee at our discretion.
