Real‑Time Tracking

Tracking links are emailed at dispatch. It can take up to 24 hours for scans to appear after label creation.

Signature on Delivery

High‑value orders may require a signature. You can request signature service at checkout for added security.

Address, PO Boxes, and Restrictions

  • PO Boxes and Military (APO/FPO/DPO) ship via USPS. Transit may take longer for APO/FPO addresses.
  • We cannot ship to freight forwarders where fraud risk is suspected.
  • We do not ship to sanctioned countries or restricted regions per US regulations.
  • Address changes are possible before fulfillment. Once shipped, re-routes must be arranged with the carrier.

Packaging & Condition

Each item is inspected, photographed, and packed with care. We use sturdy, right‑size packaging and recycled or recyclable materials when possible to minimize waste without compromising protection.

Delays, Loss, and Damage

  • Weather, customs inspections, or carrier backlogs can extend delivery timelines beyond estimates.
  • If your tracking shows delivered but you can’t locate the package, contact us within 7 days of the delivery scan.
  • For damaged items, keep all packaging and photograph the exterior, interior, and item within 48 hours; we’ll file a claim with the carrier.
  • Stolen packages from an unsecured location are not always covered by carriers; signature service is recommended for high‑value orders.

When will my order ship?
Orders placed Monday–Friday typically ship within 1–2 business days. Orders placed after 12 PM EST or on weekends/holidays begin processing the next business day.
Can I cancel or change my address?
We can modify or cancel orders that haven’t entered fulfillment. Email [email protected] with your order number and the requested change as soon as possible.
Do you ship internationally and handle customs?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Duties and taxes are not included unless specified; most orders ship DDU, so the carrier will collect import fees upon delivery per local regulations.
Will items ship together?
Most orders ship in one parcel. We may split shipments to meet speed or inventory location requirements at no extra cost to you.
What if my tracking hasn’t updated?
Tracking can take up to 24 hours to show movement after label creation. If there’s no update for 3 business days (US) or 5 business days (international), contact us and we’ll investigate.
Do you offer in‑store pickup?
We currently do not offer in‑store pickup. All orders are shipped from our fulfillment location.
