We specialize in authentic Supreme-brand apparel and accessories. Each item is vetted for authenticity using internal criteria such as tags, stitching, inks, hardware, season codes, and materials. Item photos, measurements, and condition notes are provided to help you assess fit and wear. Minor color variations can occur due to lighting and screen calibration.

If authenticity is ever disproven with credible evidence, we will provide a remedy in accordance with our Refund & Returns Policy.

Prices are listed in USD unless stated otherwise and may change without notice. Taxes, duties, and shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location. You are responsible for all applicable taxes and import duties.

Your order constitutes an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order at our discretion. Order confirmation emails acknowledge receipt but do not guarantee availability. If an item is unavailable or there is an error in price or description, we may cancel and refund your order.

We accept major payment methods including Visa, Mastercard, and PayPal (see footer for reference). By submitting payment, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected method. We may use third-party payment processors; their terms may apply.

Shipping options, costs, and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. Title and risk of loss transfer to you upon our delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by carriers, weather, or customs. Please ensure your address is complete and accurate.

International customers are responsible for complying with local laws and paying any customs duties, VAT/GST, and import fees. Customs processing may extend delivery timelines. We cannot mark shipments as gifts or undervalue packages.

We accept returns consistent with our Refund & Returns Policy. Items must be returned in the same condition received, with tags and accessories included. Certain items (e.g., worn, altered, or final sale items) may be ineligible. Please review our policy for timelines and instructions before initiating a return.

Each product listing includes our condition notes and measurements. Vintage and pre-owned items may show signs of wear. We encourage comparing measurements with your garments to minimize fit issues. Cosmetic imperfections are reflected in pricing when applicable.

Promotional offers are time-limited, non-transferable, and cannot be combined unless expressly stated. We may modify or cancel promotions at any time. Gift cards are redeemable only on the Site and are not refundable or redeemable for cash except where required by law.

Estimated ship dates for pre-orders are subject to change. If you purchase a consignment item, we facilitate the sale on behalf of the owner and act as agent. All authenticity checks and quality standards still apply.

By submitting reviews or content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display such content in connection with the Site and our marketing. You agree not to post unlawful, defamatory, infringing, or misleading content, or attempt to interfere with the Site’s operation.

The Site, including text, images, logos, and design elements, is owned by aikido-zentrum.net or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

Supreme is a trademark of its respective owner. aikido-zentrum.net is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Supreme or Chapter 4 Corp. Any references to Supreme are for identification and descriptive purposes only.

• Using the Site for unlawful purposes or in violation of any law or regulation.
• Engaging in fraud, chargeback abuse, or resale that violates brand or marketplace policies.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to systems or data, or introducing malware.
• Scraping or harvesting data without our prior written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of the Site or purchase of Products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Product giving rise to the claim.

Except as expressly stated, the Site and Products are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless aikido-zentrum.net and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.
